SEALING: The sealer heats up completely. Specially wound heat resistance coils are used to obtain a homogeneous temperature distribution.

TEFLON: The teflon cover of sealer needs to be replaced when it gets deteriorated. To solve this problem our firm has developed a system which saves a considerable amount at time and money. The sealer has 1 meter long teflon rolled on a shaft mounted on it. As the teflon deteriorates, it is shifted in small amounts to get a clean sealing tip.

CUTTING: The blade is mounted on the sealer. This system is much safer than the guillotine cutting system. The blade is also heated to provide ease in cutting and longer period of life before re-sharpening. The temperature of the blade is step-less adjustable for different material thicknesses via an electronic circuit.

PILLING: Plastic creates static electricity on the bags which causes improper pilling. To discharge this electrical load, our machines are equipped with anti-electrostatic devices, therefore, the machines cause almost no problem in pilling.

COUNTING: All machines are equipped with counters. 'B' type machines have a programmable counter which stops the machine at a predetermined number and gives an audible alert. After an idle period (adjustable between 0-60 seconds) the machine restarts.

DRIVE: The conveyor belts are driven by a 0,25 kw and the main mechanism is driven by a 0,75 kw 3 phase AC motor in BM 58 and BM 68 type machines. In BM 80 type machines conveyor belts are driven by 0,37 kw and the main mechanism is driven by 1,5 kw 3 phase AC motor. In BM 80 type machines motors are driven by electronic speed control units.

POWER CONSUMPTION: In addition to the motors, the power consumption of the heating resistance coil is 1,5 kw for BM 58 series, 2 Kw for BM 68 series and 2,5 kw for BM 80 series. There is also an additional average power consumption of 0,75 kw for the heating of the blade.
